Staff is very helpful & attentive. Breakfast choice wasn't reach. Still we liked it.
It was right where we needed to be. Clean and comfortable room for a good price.
At no time was anyone at the front desk. I had to call someone to come check us in and out. Phone to call the front desk after hours was out of order.
Excellent location. Friendly staff.
Bed is too firm for me. Sub par. The rest of the accommodations are better.
It was close to the Ft Worth Convention Center, where we were attending a conference.
We originally booked through Booked.net; the credit card we tried to use was blocked because my bank didn't know we were traveling. Booked.net was $76, we had to pay with another card for 2 days initially the desk clerk charged $90. Later I asked about AAA discount which I was told it was $86, later found it advertised at $85. I was confused what was appropriate.
the wifi and the price
Their courtesy !!!
Is down the street from the college... Good location
Found out our first room smelled like cigarette smoke.. So we had to change rooms..second room was better ..but I saw a small spider in the bath tub...
Convenient to Will Rogers Coliseum
The extremely poor customer service at time of check-in. Even though I had the email showing the dates and the confirmation number and the total billing amount, your check in employee kept saying I'm sorry we do not show a reservation for you even though I was showing him in black-and-white the reservation information that was confirm to me when I made the reservation. One hour and 15 minutes later, he finally checked me into a room after he made contact with the reservation company that booked me. With my email confirmation of the booking of the room the error was not on my part but on your end. Good customer service would have been to get me in a room and checked in and then take care of your booking problems on your end. Your organization does not understand even the basic fundamentals of good customer service!
Your advertised rate was not honored by the hotel. To be rather frank, it was twice the rate and your organization is a scam.
Staff was very nice. Considering they were working on Christmas Eve and day! Rooms were recently redone and very clean. Quiet location with a wide variety of restaurants within walking distance.
Rooms are very small.
The hotel sits right on Trinity River. Great for walking the river trails!
The hotel is in the process of remodeling, and as a result, there is very limited parking, and there is a lot of construction noise during the day.
I always try to book a room at this location when my son has an appointment at Cooks Children's Hospital.
Half of the property was shut down do to remodel.
Enjoyed the room setup compared to other ESA properties where I've stayed. Cute cabinets and an interesting arrangement.
Kind of off the beaten path and it doesn't have bright lighting. It might be more likely to have problems with thieves at night.
The staff was very nice and it was a very nice quiet location. Grounds were clean.
The room was very worn and some things were not very clean. I was supposed to have a non-smoking room , it reeked of cigarette smoke and they nicely provided an ashtray. My reservation through your site was for a non-smoking room, by the way. The thermostat didn't work properly. The microwave looked like it had been obtained from Goodwill. The blanket looked like it had cigarette ash burns on it. Not even the most basic things needed to utilize the kitchen were provided, everything had to be requested. The fridge made a horrible noise, it did stop when you hit it though. Wi-Fi was not accessible.
